: (1) Before the start of commercial production day and every year, the contractor shall submit to the Department the estimate of the next year's production. The contractor may submit revisions to such estimate from time to time along with the reason for revision and confirmation based on the actual work operation.
(2) The department will inform the contractor about the amount of petroleum to be taken by the Nepal government and the transfer schedule, and such petroleum will be transferred to the Nepal government at the main collection center of the site or any other center mutually agreed upon.
(3) The contractor shall collect his share of the petroleum produced in the contract area at the main collection center of the petroleum site or at any other mutually agreed center.
(4) The Government of Nepal and the contractor shall agree to make suitable arrangements regarding the collection of petroleum for their respective parts.
